Hydro Power Project (24MW)

The Melkhet Hydro-electric Project is a run-of-river type project with diurnal pondage. It will be located on river Pindar in the Chamoli District of Uttarakhand. Work on the project started in June 2023. The project will be commissioned by July 2025.
